Record-Keeping (2257)
wankwithstrangers.com does not produce, commission or host sexually explicit images or video of real people. The pages consist of text, simple drawings and links.
The operator of this site is therefore neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of the statute.
Live video in the chat
Video in the partner chat, reached by pressing Start and shown in its own browser tab, streams from the partner's own servers straight to your browser. That partner operates the service and answers for the age and identity checks of its users and for any records the law requires of it. Questions about those records should go to the partner.
Partner sites
Outside services we link to are responsible for their own content, for keeping their own records and for naming a custodian of records where that duty applies to them.
Age
Every person who appears on or through a linked service has to be at least 18. Spot something that points the other way? Tell the provider immediately, and us through Contact Us. In the United States, the CyberTipline of NCMEC accepts reports about the exploitation of minors.
